You should have a plan and purpose for the training/education you want us to include as content. What do you need to teach? What are your audience’s needs? What is the process you need to show? Do a quick run-through to ensure learning content is as clear and concise as possible. Please make sure to add an intro and outro.

You may already have gathered stuff to be included in the learning content. If you’re not the expert in the subject you need to train on, you’ll want to consult with your subject matter experts to ensure your information is clear and complete. Grab any other relevant resources you might need, such as images, videos, existing presentations and other learning materials you want to include, etc.

Outline the points you want to make and then write the full script based on that outline. Even if you don’t need or want to create a full script, at the very least, create a list of what you want to cover.

We highly recommend starting with a script in case your learning content / video will have any voice over. Having a script also helps us produce more professional content. The best scripts will include — word-for-word — everything you intend to say. Please ensure to cover everything you want to be part of the content.

You don’t need to be an amazing artist to produce a conceptual storyline, quick sketches and figures are perfectly fine to start with. Our animation designer will translate your sketches into digital objects and animations. Screen recording or a series of simple screenshots can roughly show us what you plan to display with the narration. If your have already recorded a video for some process to illustrate we will embed it into the final product.
